Joseph Valdez is a graduate from the San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science, later completed a Graduate Certificate in Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia, through the Consumer Banking Association. Joseph has over 20 years in bank management, where he worked as a Retail Branch Manager for major national and international banks in the United States. Joseph’s leadership has been recognized by his Directors as he has been a recipient of numerous awards for customer service and exceeding business plan objectives. Joseph is most proud of the recognition received for “Outstanding Customer Service” for his team’s performance. As it is his belief that “Great Customer Service brings Great results”. Joseph's background brings a unique experience to the purchase or sale of your home. Joseph’s financial experience with credit and home loans give his clients the edge when it comes to understanding their credit and the pricing of a home loan. The first step in a strategy when buying home is understanding the importance of a pre-approval and knowing how much home you can afford within a reasonable budget supporting your lifestyle.

Joseph supports Sickle Cell Anemia, Jordin’s Journey/and the Non-Profit Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). Joseph believes in giving back to his community, particularly helping children. Joseph has participated raising money for the education for Sickle Cell Anemia and medical equipment needed for blood analysis at CHOC Hospital.
